Silver Plum Button

Description

A beautiful button of silver plum, which yields wonder oil-slick colors. I can see this one as the top button on a winter coat, a clasp for a necklace or bracelet. Maybe a clasp on a hand-knit or crocheted purse?

The fine print:

• Flameworked beads placed into the kiln immediately after torching
• Beads are carefully annealed using a digital programmer; I use a very conservative ramp-down schedule
• I use glass from Italy, Germany, and the good ol’ USA.
• With a little care, these beads should last you a lifetime. They are glass, however, which means they can scratch and they will break if dropped from high enough onto a hard enough surface
• As always, dog hair cheerfully included at no extra cost
