Retro Dots Full Circle Skirt in Dark Mint Green

Ahh... I wish I could have purchased fabric in the past. This print has a wonderful retro feel to it that makes it so fun yet pleasant to wear. I've cut this pretty skirt from a full circle of fabric and it has a 1" elastic waistband that's always comfortable.Measurements:
Waist: 30-36 inches Max stretch is 40" (76-91.5 cm max= 101.5 cm)
Length: 20.5" (52 cm)
