Granita Bracelet - Limited Edition - vintage glass and sterling silver

Description

Superb vintage glass sugar beads are strung together with smooth white vintage glass beads on sterling silver to make this bracelet.

They are Italian beads and were made in the 1950s. Sugar beads are made by sprinkling granules of glass onto still molten glass beads, the beads are then left with this gorgeous bumpy granulated texture. It also makes each bead different from the other!

The bracelet measures 8 inches long and fastens with a sterling silver lobster clasp. The bracelet is a little longer than usual, I added an extra bead for symmetry, but I can add or remove white beads to fit your wrist.

The sugar beads are approximately 15mm in diameter and the white glass beads are 10mm round.
