Whispering through stones, water or wind, an ancient presence is always open for communication...if we are just able to listen.
In the case of this dynamic necklace, the guest of honor weaves its tale through unfathomably primitive Fossils, coming to us from Russia and reaching back 300 million years old!
Imagine the changes these little ones have endured and the strength and wisdom that they carry.

On the drive home after acquiring these fabulous fossils, I got a clear vision of this design and color combination to use with them. I was so excited to jump into my studio and manifest it into reality.
So, this piece is made with much joy and flow!

A sparkly chunk of Pyrite hangs right over the heart feeling great against the skin all the while acting like a weight to keep the necklace centered.
The fossils are each individually attached on a chain linking down the chest in an ascetically pleasing line.
A faceted Citrine in a deep amber hue is the ultimate center of the necklace. Around the rest of the neckline is a variety of stones including pyrite, bronze pearls, red garnet and faceted hematite.
This piece if finished with a claw clasp, and I also left an inch of extension to fit sizes 14-17 inches. And the end is finished with another faceted citrine stone which will glide around the back of your neck.
Overall the style of this piece is elegant and dainty...but I assure you it is built strong and to last another 300 billion years :)
