Victorian Romantic Upcycled Secretary Top

Description

This top started with a vintage sheer striped secretary top, and I added some bright teal rib knit to the ends of the sleeves and the center to cinch the waist and add a bit of contrast. To finish off the Victorian feel I added a small ruffle and pink button to the collar.

This top will best fit an extra small, to small size. But as always check the measurements for best fit. Measurements are taken while garment lies flat.

Shoulders(from top seam of sleeve right to left):14 inches

Waist:11 inches
Bottom Hem:18 inches
