***PAINTING DETAILS***

Multiple layers of pigment create a bright, glowing rainbow like effect of colors that gently melt into each other. each layer of pigment is thin enough so so that it is partially translucent. This way every layer can be seen giving the painting incredible visual depth.

I use using thick archival watercolor paper mounted on a wood panel. creating such gradual transitioning from one color to another would not be possible using a standard canvas.

the Soft transitions are counterbalanced with heavy dark texture resulting in a harmonious and balanced composition. A final thick layer of high gloss varnish amplifies colors, texture and protects the surface of the work.
