This eye pillow is lovingly hand-sewn from vintage quilt fabric and filled with the finest organic lavendar (for its heavenly fragrance) and flaxseed (for its ability to be heated or cooled repeatedly without degrading).Try it for neck and shoulder aches, headaches and migraines, or soothing, restful sleep. I have filled it to just the right amount for draping over the eyes -- full enough to prevent the herbs from emptying out in the middle, but empty enough to lay comfortably without stiffness. * Be careful not to heat it more than a tiny bit if you are using it as an eye pillow -- I've made this mistake before and it's a painful one!
