Rustic, Handmade, Reclaimed Wood Lamp with Handmade Silk Shade

Barneche Design is a unique resource for antique lighting ,offering antique wall sconces, chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling mounts and lamps. David and Stephanie both rewire the fixtures and lamps. David is a master electrician, working in the field for over 25 years. Stephanie took a three year pause from clothing design and worked with David, training and then working with him as an electrician. Each fixture is carfully rewired in our home lighting workshop.This particular lamp was designed and made by David and Stephanie. The base is crafted from recycled,architectural
wood which still maitains some of the original paint. The base measures 29" tall. The lampshade is handmade from 100% silk in playful stripes and accents the colors of the base wonderfully. The lamp measures in total 39" tall.
The shade measures 12" across the top and the shade bottom is 17" across. The shade is machine and hand stitched. There is no glue used in the crafting of the shade. All together the lamp is very heavy, therefore a larger shipping fee is required.
