Miranda as in Miranda Hobbs. I saw these earrings when i was watching the Sex and the City movie. I had to make something similar.These earrings are created by taking sterling silver and shaping it into a leaf or marquise shape, fusing it and hammering it to give it strength and a bit of texture. The marquise or leaf shapes measure 2 inches long by 1 inch in width. The chains are vintage brass and are secured with a soldered sterling silver ring at their tops. The earwires are sterling silver and handmade. The entire earring dangles 5.5 inches or 13.2cm, a perfect shoulder sweeping length.
