Little Bunny Painting - 6x6

Description

This is an alert little bunny with soft gray fur and blue eyes. He stands in a field of crisp green gold.
He's happens to be a Netherland Dwarf rabbit - which is my favorite breed, but shhhhhh, don't tell the others.

This painting has a crisp modern feel while retaining a very painterly style and lots of character in the lines.

This listing is for an original acrylic painting which measures 6"x6"(15x15cm).

I painted this little rabbit with artist grade acrylic on a 1 1/2" (3.7cm) deep wooden panel and sealed it with a protective coat of UVLS* varnish. The sides of the panel are painted in the same green as is on the front. Ready to hang with hardware on the back.

* UVLS stands for ultraviolet light stabilizers. UVLS varnish is a waterborne acrylic polymer varnish that dries to a protective, flexible, dust resistant surface. Ultraviolet light stabilizers reduce damage caused by the sun. It can be removed with ammonia if it ever becomes damaged.
