Lace-Up Dress PAPER PATTERN for child

This pattern zine contains instructions and pattern piece for my Lace-Up Dress. This is one of my daughter’s favorite dresses to wear when it gets warm outside – a full skirt, but still comfortably cool with the breeze on her back. The bodice front lends itself well to embellishment with appliqué, stenciling, ribbons, embroidery, or anything else you can think of.

This is a fully illustrated booklet with a hand drawn multi-size pattern that will be mailed to your home. No need to print off pdf patterns, no need to tape together the pattern pieces, and no need to redraw pattern with a grid. This pattern zine is neat and complete.

The Lace-Up Dress uses between one to two yards of light to medium weight non-stretch fabric (depending on size), ribbon and/or bias tape. I would suggest cotton, linen, rayon, or any other woven fabric.

There is no zippers or buttons. A good pattern for a beginning sewer. It is also quick to make – I can go from cutting the fabric to lacing onto my daughter in under two hours.

This pattern contains multiple sizes:
for children US sizes 2 – 6
or chest measurements 20” to 23”.
