fine silver sanskrit pendant on cord

sanskrit-stamped pendant made of silver precious metal clay on cord with adjustable closure.

this is from my new line of PMC (precious metal clay) pendants. PMC is more pure than sterling silver. it contains of particles of pure silver mixed with an organic binder. when the binder is burned away during firing, it leaves a pendant of 99.9% pure silver.

i've taken an old ring with sanskrit writing and stamped it into the clay. (writing does appear as a mirror image).

the piece is handcrafted by me in its clay form, then fired with a torch. after that, the pendant is tumbled to buff it to a high polish.

this piece is definitely unique, containing tiny marks and faint fingerprints on the back of the pendant where i worked and formed the clay. i decided to keep these because it shows that my pendants are made by hand and one of a kind.
