Altered Art Earrings Vintage Hummingbirds - Sterling Silver and Resin
Description
A gorgeous image of hummingbirds and flowers has been set into decorative silvertone (nickel and lead free) frames and protected by a thick covering of hard wearing, glossy epoxy resin. It's difficult to see the finish on these in the pictures but I know that you'll love it!Using resin is a time consuming process as the images have to be thoroughly sealed before applying the resin, which then has to be cured for at least 24 hours. Sometimes another coat will be applied which means another 24 hours!
I've attached little milky pink faceted czech glass beads using sterling silver wire and hung them from sterling silver hook earwires. The total length of these earrings is 48mm.
They will be sent out nicely packaged in a gift box.
