This MagicBaby Sugar and Spice dress is an original, one of a kind dress. In fact, my design gives you two dresses for one price. Flip the dress, and a complementary colored design appears! To reverse the dress, simply tie the shoulder knot to the desired length on which ever side of the dress you want to wear that day. Both sides of this bright and fun fruity flower dress are stylish and adorable.

This dress is sized for 18 months in an easy, pull-on style. Because the straps are adjustable with a knot closure at the shoulders, it will fit for a very long time, 15 months to at least 3T. I will be happy to send you more measurements, or more pictures! Just convo me.
As your Magic Baby girl grows, she can wear it alone, or over a long sleeved onesie, with tights, or a shirt and leggings or jeans. Versatile and perfect for year-round wear!

As a maker of art quilts for 25 years, I have a wonderful fabric stash to select from, and utilize my signature improvisational collage style to put together bits and pieces of fabric for a completely custom finished piece. I call this dress Sugar and Spice, as it is sweet on the outside, and spicy on the inside. It utilizes well over a dozen different fabrics, including hand-screened fabric by Harwood-Steiger and one of my recycled quilts (see the spicy inside!). It is accented with a variety of trims, including lace, piping and appliqued patches. It features front bodice pleats and lined and pieced patch pockets with exquisite detailing. It is professionally finished with topstitching in coordinating thread at the neck and armholes for both beauty and durability.

Features: This easy care, machine washable dress is constructed of cotton and is machine washable for easy care, and there are no buttons, snaps or zippers to fool with. All fabrics and trims have been pre-washed in baby-safe soap, so there will be no shrinking or bleeding to worry about.
