SHADES OF GREEN- handspun merino- 275 yards

Description

The stunning yet subtle variety of colors on display in this skein is thanks to the work of Etsy Artist FreckleFacedFibers who handpainted the merino roving. I then hand spun it to about a worsted weight yarn, plying it with itself to let the colors play with each other.

This is merino, and full of soft bounciness. The yarn is *not* superwash, so you'll need to be careful when washing whatever you create from it.

This is one large skein, no knots at all (as with all my skeins, unless otherwise noted.)

The yarn comes from a smoke-free but cat friendly home. Both plies were handspun on my Ashford Traditional wheel.
