XL Altered Vintage Slip Dress Black and Green

Description

Black vintage slip that I altered. I added some pretty green lace at the bottom. I also added a smal crochet doily folded in half at the bottom edge along with a scrap of lace tied in a bow.

I sewed a matching crochet doily to the bodice along with a same scrap of the lace tied in a bow. All embellishments are hand-sewn using black thread for a homespun look.

I get so happy when I find larger sized slips. Everyone should get to enjoy the vintage love and rock a slip dress.

Bust: 21 inches

Waist: 19 inches

Hips: 24 inches

Length: 38 inches (adjustable straps)

Tag: Mel-Lin 100% nylon Made in the USA.
