Spiral Button Earrings - Wire Work Tutorial

Description

This tutorial teaches you how to make a delightfully versatile post earring finding (instructions for the teardrop charm are included for those new to wire work).

In the second photo, a modified version of the earring findings in this tutorial were used as a base for a pair of sodalite coins and combined with Eni Oken's Netted Bezel.

Skill Level:
Intermediate

Materials:
16” 20 gauge wire
6'- 8' 26 or 28 gauge wire.
Seed beads (or any other small, 1-2mm beads) (optional)
Earring nuts (backs)
2 briolettes, any size.

Tools:
Round nose pliers
Bent nose pliers
Needle file or wire rounder
