This is an entomologist's dream journal! The front cover is made with a page from a vintage science text, with beautiful, jewel-bright illustrations of beetles. The interior back cover uses the same source, with a depiction of a shiny indigo & green dung beetle, along with some text about scavengers.

The back cover, front interior cover and spine reinforcements are emerald green and chartreuse green lokta fiber papers. Lokta is a renewable resource, so the harvest is environmentally friendly.


5.75" x 8.75" (14.5 x 22.5 cm)
- cottony, cream drawing paper.
- 200 pages, in ten 20-page signatures.
- Bound with olive green waxed linen thread.

This coptic bound book opens flat for ease of use.
