This would be a beautiful addition to your Shabbat or holiday table, with the final words of the prayer over wine: "Boray Pri Hagafen" pierced through around the base of the cup.
The camera distorted the color of the interior of the cup, which is the same soft off-white as the exterior.
The glazes are food safe and the natural variations in thickness have no effect on the utility of the cup. The piece has been fired to cone 6.
