Increased vigilance is provided by eye circles as the arrow of protection glides above Bear.

Bear has both great strength and healing power. Additionally Bear is connected to the Creator by dreams through the long deep sleep and serves as a reminder not to cast dreams aside but to pay close attention to and embrace them. Bear medicine asks for the use of introspection and intuition awakened by dreams to reconnect with spirituality.

Moon guardian and protector of the earth by night supports Kokopelli.

Kokopelli, a traditional symbol of fertility, represents rebirth, rejuvenation and renewal.

Raven, a powerful indicator of change, waits to give assistance in dark moments of challenge or loss. Raven will, when needed, fly into the world of the shadow self and infuse the unseen and unconscious with courage and resolve allowing one to overcome difficulties with wisdom and compassion in the waking world. It is also believed that Raven has the power to transport the soul out of the darkness and into the light.

Spinning Lizard, gatekeeper to dreams, is also a symbol of the souls search for awareness.

Turquoise for luck and feathers giving the freedom to soar and a soft place to fall at journey's end are the final gifts of this totem.
