Interesting Little Bit: Some people are so gluten intolerant that they develop skin irritations and redness. Regular oatmeal can be produced in factories where gluten is still present and it gets incorporated into the oatmeal. If you are gluten intolerant, use oatmeal which is certified gluten-free.
