VTG 60's 70's Bright RED LACE and RUFFLES Party Dress GOWN XS/S

Description

This is a pretty and sexy bright red party dress. It is an amazing lace dress with ruffles across the bust. The lace has some pretty sheen and the full skirt is gorgeous!

When flat the bust measures 16 inches, the waist is 11 1/2 inches, and the hips are 23 inches. From shoulder to hem it is 51 inches long.

Made by Vicky Vaughn Junior of 75% polyester and 25% rayon, tag reads size 5.

In good vintage condition with no tears or stains.
