Gorgeous vintage gold tone white and yellow flower lacy brooch w rhinestones to wear repair or repurpose

Beautiful unsigned vintage flower-shaped brooch with rhinestone studded (2 small stones missing, see last picture where I've circled them) painted metal lacy petals made up of tiny flowers (the metal is actually pierced) surrounding a large faceted pale yellow cabochon which looks to be glass, judging from the weight of the piece. It is in great condition other than the 2 tiny rhinestones that are missing and only visible from up close.
