Stunning orange spessartite garnet set in a heavy sterling silver round band, accented with 14k gold stripes. This ring is gorgeous and the thick, polished round band feels soft and substantial on your finger.The stone is a 5mm round, and ring is size 6 1/4 US, M.5 UK. Band is 2.6mm thick. The gold and silver are solid, not plated or filled. I've put a gorgeous high polish finish on it. The gemstone is real and natural, not to mention beautiful! It's the shade known as "fanta" orange. This is a bit of a collector's gemstone, there are not many people who even know it exists.
I'm rather proud of this ring, and I'm going to be very excited when the right home comes along for it.
