Ciao, original oil painting

Description

Ciao is an original oil painting on canvas. It is two canvases bolted together in the center and the total dimensions are: 33 x 54 inches (84 x 137 cm). The canvas is 1.75 inches deep and it is wired and ready to hang. **please note that this image is cropped** See final detail pic for full view of the painting.

Is it hello or goodbye? Maybe it is both as this painting evolved over a period of two years or so. When I began painting it I lived in Chicago. Then I brought it to Mexico, where I lived for almost three years, and completed it there. It has thick textures and so much history under each layer. I have included detail pics so you can see the richness of the surface.

It is signed in the lower left.
