Morai's Charm necklace

Description

My inspiration for this piece was the Morai sisters of Fate in Greek mythology, who watch over and determine life's destiny. The thread of life coils around the spindles of time as it is measured by their ever watchful eye, guiding it forth towards its fated end.

This piece features a wonderful shell Lillypilly pendant which I used as a bead embroidery component around which I created a Herringbone variation necklace encompassing sparkly light blue and champagne Swarovski rivoli crystals to fully compliment this amazing center piece. The necklace is embellished with Swarovski crystals and pearl and finished with a silver magnetic clasp.

Measures around 20.5 inch.

This unique One of a Kind necklace won "Distinctions of Design" in the Use the Muse beading contest! :)
