FABULOUS Souvenir Silverplate Spoon of 1980 Lake Placid Winter Olympics

Offered is an absolutely wonderful souvenir of the 1980 Winter Olympics held in Lake Placid, NY. If you were around at that time, you might have been lucky enough to have caught the U.S. men's championship ice hockey game and seen the absolutely incredible outcome! There were other gold medals for the U.S. that year, but the men's hockey team dominanted!This lovely little spoon is 4 1/2" long, with a delicate feel and an elegant design. The top of the spoon is marked "XIII OLYMPIC WINTER GAMES," with the 5 concentric Olympic rings, and the mountain symbols for that year. Below the design is "LAKE PLACID 1980." The back of the spoon is stamped 'ONEIDA LTD. Silversmiths."
