Ceramic space robot in the bubbly snow
Description
This is another of my older pieces. I threw it about 2 years ago...This little guy is a hand thrown japanese tea bowl. With the a robot. What else?
He measures about 4"wide by about 3" tall and holds about 15 ounces. It was thrown "summer" style, meaning the lip goes out to help cool off the tea. Inside there is a small dip in the middle of the bottom to allow a place for tea leaves to settle.
It was hand-thrown on the wheel and then altered (not like altered like one does to a dog, but altered like scrafitto robots and such...). He is also food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe.
he has his name (Jetsom) skeletaldropkick, the date and my signature on the bottom.
