Tribute to the Intellivision Video Game System (1980)

Description

It was a cold winter day in 1980. My friends and I sat down with the latest and greatest video game system from Mattel - the Intellivision! I can remember playing the Baseball game and was amazed by the "YERRR-OUT" sound effects.

If you were from the NY area, you may remember on channel 11 (WPIX) in the afternoon, kids would call the TV station and play Space Battle over the phone by saying PIX to kill the bad guys!

This 8 x 10 picture frame is my tribute to this pioneer in the video game market that gave me many years of fun and enjoyment.

The frame features original Intellivision controller artwork, and a controller attached to the frame. The overlays feature, Baseball, Boxing, Horse Racing, Sea Battle, Astrosmash and Space Battle.

Desk stand or wall mountable!
