Little Linen House No. 4

My biggest little linen house yet! This one was truly a labor of love. This house has been hand sewn with organic cotton thread. That's right each individual shingle was hand stitched for this house. It has been stuffed with organic cotton batting and is extra squishy.
Brick red, with brown shingles as well as an appliquéd door and windows. This house also features embroidery details around the windows done with vintage crewel wool.

Dimensions:5 1/2" x 3 1/2"x 6"

This house is part of a series of cloth houses made to benefit Maine Centers for Women, Work and Community. Women, Work and Communities' mission is to improve the economic lives of Maine women and their families by increasing their income, assets, and earning potential and their quality of life.

10% of the profits from the "little house" series will go to Women, Work and Community.
