Drop -- 6 x 6 inch Original Acrylic Painting

Description

I completed "Drop" earlier this year and it's a fantastic small painting. I created the work by painting underglazes in acrylic and then sanding them down and repeating. Most of the background was originally greens and blues and you can see that through the final deep purple glazes. There is a single collage element on the left side of the painting and it intersects with a lovely mottled blue hippo-like shape. Bright pink lines and rising purple rounds accentuated by white outlines finish the piece.

"Drop" measures 6 x 6 x 1.5 inches and looks great hanging on the wall or sitting on a shelf. "Drop" is signed and dated on the back, and because I've painted the edges, framing is optional.

I take care to ensure that the paintings are mailed in reliable, moisture proof packaging. In the US and Internationally "Reach" will be priority mailed, include insurance, and arrive with all necessary hanging hardware. If you are an international client and would the piece to go by first class mail the price will be about half the shipping cost quoted below.
