Description

These pincushions are made of hand felted wool. There is no sewing, stuffing or interior base. They are pure wool, wet felted into shape. There are only five in this series and each is slightly different. No series is repeated.

I used dark purple and light blues offset by dark browns that make me think of jam on toast.

Wool pincushions are great for your needles and pins. The natural lanolin in the wool keeps your pins smooth and sharp.

This one measures about 2 1/2" (6 cm) in diameter and 1 3/4” (4 cm) high.
