Fine Silver Figure Eight Lampwork Glass Earrings

Description

Fine silver wire is fired carefully with borosilicate glass lampwork beads and then formed into a figure 8 and, again carefully, hammered flat. These are challenging to make due to the delicate nature of the glass but when they turn out are lovely and quite different.

Earrings hang down just under 2 1/2 inches in length, with handcrafted fine silver French style hooks.

These lampwork beads are handmade by 5 Fish Designs with swirls of purple-y grape and cranberry reds and lots of sparkle.
