Aqua and green amphora, handmade artisan lampwork glass wearable bottle, SRA, Isinglass Design

This amphora will come to you on a simple waxed cotton cord with a small cork.

Size: 2.5cm wide by 3.2cm wide (1 x 1 1/4 in). Bottle is flattened on the back side, measuring 1.8 cm (1/2 in.) from front to back.

Colors: Clear and aqua Italian Moretti glass background rolled in white enamel and decorated with silvered ivory and green with just a little iris gold frit scattered about.

This little bottle is hollow-built, so it has a bit of room inside to carry around a little something special, or hang it up in a sunny window. I have heard of these bottles being used in so many different ways- to hold a bit of sand from a special trip, to send a note to a loved one, to hold a bit of scent (please be aware that if scent oils get on your clothing, they are very difficult to remove), or to hold a few ashes of someone dear near to your heart. What will you use it for?

All Isinglass Design beads are handmade lampwork (flamework) glass made by me, properly kiln annealed and well cleaned. The glass used in this amphora bottle is the same as that used to make glass beads in Italy (Murano).
