Bouquet Salt and Pepper Shakers --- Handmade Stoneware

Description

A bouquet of hand formed blossoms adorn the tops of this set of pretty hand built salt & pepper shakers.

I formed the body of the shakers from a soft creamy white stoneware clay. I then embellished the sides of the shakers with subtle slip trailed stems. Seven little flowers form a bouquet around the top of each shaker. The blossoms have been accented with turquoise crackle centers with a touch of toffee on the petal tips.

Shakers stand approximately over 4 1/2" (11.5cm) tall and are approximately 1 3/4" (4.4cm) in diameter. Tidy 5/8" (1.6cm) holes in the base allow for easy filling and are sealed with soft white rubber stoppers.

Completely food safe, lead-free glazes were used. Shakers are dishwasher safe, but would prefer to be hand washed.
