Wonderful, whimsical wacky chapeau that I have had the pleasure to complete. This began as an unfinished, deadstock 1940s navy blue straw hat, great shape...begging to be embellished. Embellish I did ! Using 30s-40s millinery trims, and completed with the best ever....a celluloid 3-D shrimp set with rhinestones....is this not FUN?And, it wears very well....sure to turn heads, or at least catch bigger fish...
