Handpainted personalized tulip mug in blue and white - made to order

Description

This hand painted porcelain mug is ready to have your name written on it, to be fired in the kiln and to be shipped.

How it works:
I will send you pictures of the mugs you can choose from, you make your choice, I send a picture back with the result with your name in about two days, and if it is to your liking I will fire and list the mug so you can buy it.
Note that the colour of the pigment turns a little darker after firing.

The mugs are handpainted with blue overglaze pigments and will be fired in a kiln at 1000 degrees Celsius so the glaze sinks- and melts in the glaze of the mug and makes the image scratchproof, dishwasher resistant and can be used in the microwave and food safe of course.
All mugs have a different tulip decoration. Not one is the same.
The name is drawn by removing the soft unfired glaze powder with a kebab stick in the leaf of the tulip, so the white surface of the mug shows through.

The mug measures 3.1 x 4 inch (10,2cm x 8cm) and holds 9 0z

Comes in a plain white giftbox with turquoise satin bow.
