Oh Crappie - Lampwork Glass Hollow Fish Sculpture
Description
This guy sees his fate before him. Unless, of course, some nice fish lover decides they need to save him.He is carnelian in color with pale blue stripes. A feather camouflages his cork and brass wire hanging assembly. He measures approximately 2 1/4 inches tall (not including feather) and 3/4 inch wide.
He began life as a glass bubble at the end of a hollow blow tube, with a hole blown out for his mouth.
Oh Crappie was made by me in my home studio, properly kiln annealed, and cleaned of bead release.
