Soft and sweet is the Gracie hat, featuring pale pink and white crepe paper fringe all handmade in our studio. Hat background is a multi stripe with various shades of pinks and some pastels thrown in. Crepe paper cupcake with pink frosting and white sprinkles. Each hat is made to order and I will be happy to add a number, name, message, or candle to the hat. If you would like a completely custom hat that is an option too! I also offer banners with your choice of message, guest hats sold in packs of 4 for $24.00 that are slightly smaller to allow the Birthday girl to shine!
