Vintage Chrysanthemum Corsage

Description

This is a really nice hand-made vintage chrysanthemum corsage that is accented with vintage leaves and copper colored ribbon. The mum is made of many little loops of ribbon that are pinned into a small styrofoam ball with small steel pins. The pins are visible inside the loops - so cool!

The whole thing is wrapped with floral tape and comes with a pearl head pin. I've never seen another flower like this - it is really unique. I can just imagine someone lovingly looping all that ribbon and pinning each petal just so...lots of hand-made goodness in this one!

It would make a lovely corsage for the mother-of-the-bride or grandmother. You could even personalize it with a small charm or a tiny locket attached to the stem. Mums are also a traditional flower for Homecoming, so this would be a sweet gift for a special student in your life.

The piece is approx. 3.5-4" across.
