Cute little shrug - Glitter skulls and tattoo fabric - french seams - Size M/L

Description

This cute little shrug can be dressed up with your favorite little black dress or dressed down with some jeans and a tank top. It is made of all new material, an awesome cotton weave with skull and tattoo imagery as well as glitter!

The entire garment has been French seamed to hide all raw edges. Just like the couture-pros!

It is between a size M and L, but should look okay on most body types. It measures 17" between the underarms. Each sleeve is 14" around at the tightest. From the nape of the neck to the bottom is 10". If you need any other specific measurement off the garment, please convo me!
