These shoes are so fantastic...a different size and they would not be listed here, they'd be on my feet. They are cream white vinyl with a great wide strap and the cutest buckle I've ever seen -- it's a gold apple. Shoes look like they were never worn. Buckle only has one setting, they have a solid hard plastic black heel-- very mod shape.Measurements:
