Recently I dug up some old zines I made from about 7 years ago, it was a series that I did before "THE FRUGAL VEGAN" one called "LISA'S VEGAN VITTLES". I made copies of all 3 them and am now selling them all together!!

This booklet includes basic information on veganism, including vitamins & nutrition. There are 37 food recipes & 4 beauty recipes. Tons of quotes and info in there too!

Lisa's Vegan Vittles 2

Another collection on 38 recipes, a grain and bean cooking chart & list of famous vegans. Lots of comfort food recipes in here.

Vegan Vittles - Summer Survival Guide

Includes 40 food recipes, 11 non food recipes (includes insect repellent, Foot scrub...), a Surviving Summer Section (how to make an air conditioner for pennies, Sunburn Treatment, Make an air cooler out of recycled items...) Part of the proceeds from this zine will go to a local no-kill animal shelter!

These zines are cool for newbies and a great gift idea! I only have a few copies made so get them while you can :)
