Great Aunt Adelaide's Attic Thank You Card and Vintage bundle

Collecting old letters, books, stationery and photographs is one of my passions. I decided to design cards that would bundle some vintage letters and bits. I call my card collection Great Aunt Adelaide's Attic.

This thank you card measures 5 1/2 x 8 inches created on a soft pale blue card stock. Tied with an apple green ribbon and soft pale blue flower, this design is my photograph of old books and letters tied with a french ribbon. The photograph sits within sheet music titled "Dear Old Days."

I have hand-painted gold leaf icing on the french ribbon photograph. Inside the card is a pocket created from a penmanship practice sheet dated October 18, 1895. The glassine pocket inside holds a sheet of practice in penmanship dated December 14, 1895, and a print of a page from a book dating 1897 about the History Fairies. Two Antique and Vintage postcards, 3 Vintage stamps and Vintage shoelaces. Two lovely old letters with postmark and stamp. There is a charming oval scalloped edged shape to write your message. The A9 size envelope is a cream linen lined with the matching sheet music.

The back of the card is a photograph of one of my Great Aunt's hankies, and says
Great Aunt Adelaide's Attic.

Wrapped like an old fashioned parcel with old stamps, cord and a photograph of my Great Aunt. This can easily be re-wrapped to give as a gift.
