small oxidized hammered disks

Description

These earrings are a sweeter, smaller version of my current favorites. They have an edgy urban appeal, but are organic and neutral enough to wear with anything.

I made these by cutting disks from a sheet of sterling silver. Then I filed and hammered them, and tumbled them smooth. I oxidized them, and then lightly sanded off parts of the black, to accentuate the texture made by the hammering process.

Finally, I hung them from handmade sterling silver earwires. These small disks measure approximately 1 cm, or close to one half inch across.

These will ship in a recycled cardboard gift box, ready to give as a gift, or keep for yourself!
