Oo La La! This vintage Mad Men style dress has just stunning detail -- the collar is lined with shimmery little rhinestones, as are the tops of the shoulders, and there are also two larger rhinestones on each side of the v-neck.

The skinny black wiggle dress comes with a matching buckle belt.
