Definitely one of my favorites, this hand made one of a kind blue and pink tutu will make you the talk of the night! It has two layers of tulle on the pink part, one white one pink, plus a wire framed bottom that has been wrapped with two colors of blue making for a neat striped effect. There is a tube like jersey skirt sewn into it so no one can see your panties!

This tutu has an elastic waist, but fits size 4-6 best. Spot clean only, and spray lightly with water to release wrinkles.

Super fabulous for a night out on the town when you want to feel like a rock star or great for a fun Halloween costume!
