Fancy That dress

Description

This dress is made out of a black crinkle gauze, dress is lined and completely stunning!! There is a bow at the top with two rhinestones. The sleeves have elastic at the end to make them for gathering. The bottom has two rows of ruffles.

This dress is a custom order, I will need the following measurements when ordering
bust
waist
hip
1" above elbow around your arm
from collar bone to mid thigh
