Faceted Smoky Quartz and Sterling Silver Earrings
Description
Pale gray-brown faceted smoky quartz beads are wire-wrapped on my own handmade balled head pins. They are attached to twisted wire beads that I also made. I antiqued and hand-polished all the sterling silver.The earrings are very lightweight. The sterling silver ear wires are my own creations. The ear wires' ends are filed, sanded and tumbled for a super-smooth edge.
The earrings are 1 and 3/4 inches (4.5 cm) long from the top of the ear wires. The smoky quartz beads are 3/8 inch wide (.95 cm) wide.
I mail them in a tarnish-resistant ziplock bag and gift box inside a bubble-padded envelope.
