I decided that I dont want this to be Pt 3, as there is not enough "Tribal" in it to be called the Tribal Bubble Dress. So I am naming it the Pt 1 Paisley Bubble Dress and only making two of them! One premade XS and one in the size of the next purchasers choice from: XS, S, M, and Large! Please write desired size in the note to seller when purchasing!

Strapless
2 inch thick internal elastic at top of bust to keep in place
2 different prints and fabrics used
Form fitting bust, free waist and Hips
Bubble gathered skirt bottom, with internal elastic bottom
Optional belt to give waist definition! Can be worn with or without the tribal belt, and belt can be worn with other outfits!
Mini dress length, perfect for any occasion!
Can be worn shorter by pulling up the elastic bottom to mid thigh or higher to wear as a tunic or shirt
Stretchy jersey dress
Lined belt so it doesnt flop
